We are currently hiring a gifted Account Manager ready to play a key role in expanding our business through developing our Demand Partnerships. The Account Manager will manage assigned advertisers accounts with day to day communication, build strong relationships and establish growth & up-sales strategies for each account. Working environment is in English mainly. The Account Manager is expected to actively contribute to the ongoing success of our monetization business while working in close partnership with the Publishers Team, Product Team and R&D Team. Now we are looking for the one who will be love Ad Tech like we do.

  • Communicate and work closely with advertisers worldwide to manage relationships
  • Identify opportunities to grow revenues through data analysis, research, and optimization
  • Implement constant improvements and creative solutions/upgrades to increase activity
  • Develop and execute long-term account plans for all strategic clients
  • Work with multiple internal teams (data, product, R&D) to accommodate to client's goals and requirements
  • Own and lead personal / team projects or tasks, including full responsibility for deliverables and outcomes

  • English at upper-intermediate or higher level. Additional languages – an advantage
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Pro-active attitude, high motivation, excellent interpersonal skills
  • Quick learner and stress-resistant person as a must
  • Great team-player and problem-solver
  • Ability to strive in a fast pace and dynamic environment
  • Ability to multitask and handle various tasks and priorities
  • Details oriented with an ability to see the bigger picture
  • High analytical skills, proficient in working with Excel/Google Spreadsheets (e.g. using advanced functions, pivot table, etc.)
  • Passionate for mobile marketing and advertising
  • Experience with mobile CPI models/online advertising/ad tech – an advantage.
